Attitude: Proud and slightly conceited. Can easily be driven to distraction by annoying and stupid people, and can get violent when angered. Has a short fuse as a result, although most of the time he's quite reserved. Also has romantic tendancies, as he has a weakness for weepy films and novels.

Likes: Brushing his hair, octopus dumplings, making bombs, being rebellious.

Dislikes: Harsh winds that mess up his hair, flying insects, getting dirty.

Chakra Nature: Water.

Weakness: The bombs he uses for combat are not 100% likely to actually succeed in exploding.

Village: Kirigakure (Village Hidden in the Mist)

Background: Had an average childhood, and trained at the Kirigakure ninja academy. He never stood out in terms of academic excellence, but passed with moderate results. When he was fourteen, he became involved in the tribute group to the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist along with Eitoku Kaibara. One day, in a fit of rebellion, they were responsible for a massacre in their hometown of Kirigakure, and were punished severely. Okura served time in prison, and was released due to his mental state which had weakened as a result of his punishment. During his spare time, he practised dismantling bombs, both chemical and chakra based, until he became quite proficient in it.

Weapons: Tag bombs, small hand grenades, chakra bombs, mines, caltrops, smoke bombs, kunai, and a hidden sword which he doesn't use very much.

Normal Ninjutsu:
Kawarimi no Jutsu - replacement technique.
Kakuremino no Jutsu - disguise technique.
Henge no Jutsu - transformation technique.
Kirigakure no Jutsu - hiding mist technique.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - water clone technique.

Elemental Ninjutsu(1):
Suiton: Daibaku no Jutsu - Water Release: Great Explosion technique. Creates a large vortex of water in an explosion caused by a huge release of a concentration of chakra.

Elemental Ninjutsu(2):
Suiton: Yaiba no Arashi - Water Release: Tempest of the Blade. With a flourish of his thin katana, Okura can create a huge explosion of water which can decimate any flimsy objects in the immediate area - although the potential devestation of this attack does not reach very far (only a few metres in radius). The resulting cloud of mist can be used to his and his ally's advantage however.

Genjutsu:
Suzu: Bakudan Nohara - Illusion: Field of Bombs. An illusion of a mass of bombs appears around the target (only one is real, the identity of which is only known to Okura).
